Roasted Balsamic Salmon with fresh tomato and watercress.
Calories: 360, 18 grams of fat, 100 milligrams cholesterol.

Grilled Lemon Chicken topped with chopped salad.
Calories: 390, 3 grams of fat, 9.5 milligrams of cholesterol.
